Getting it to you

Shipping & delivery

Every NSTAN order is packed by hand and sent out of Australia. Here's exactly how long it takes, what it costs, and who pays what when a parcel crosses a border. No surprises at the door.

The short version

  • Shipping is worked out at checkout, by weight and destination — not marked up in the product price.
  • Orders are packed and sent Monday to Friday, public holidays aside.
  • Express orders placed on a weekday before 12:30pm AEST leave us the same day.
  • A tracking link lands in your email the moment your parcel is dispatched.
  • Times below are transit times — they don't include the day or two it takes us to pack.

Delivery options

What you see at checkout is what you pay — the rate is calculated from your cart and your address, so we're not guessing at a flat fee. These are the timeframes each option runs to.

  • Australia Standard

Authority to leave — left in a safe place if you're out.

    3–5 business days

  • Australia Express

Order before 12:30pm AEST and it leaves with us the same day.

    Next business day

  • New Zealand

    Tracked, sent by air.

    7–14 business days

  • International Standard

    Tracked, sent by air.

    7–14 business days

Delivery time varies with Australia Post and courier timeframes and zones. Business days don't include weekends or public holidays.

Processing and dispatch

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday, 7am–12:30pm AEST, public holidays excluded.
  • Express orders placed on a weekday before 12:30pm AEST leave our warehouse the same day. Anything after that leaves the next business day.
  • Tracking advice is emailed to you as soon as your order has dispatched.
  • In busy periods — launches and sale times — please allow three to five business days for processing, express included. Express is always sent priority, so it still moves first.

If we need to reach you first

Sometimes an order needs a quick check before it can ship — an unclear address, a missing apartment number, a payment that wants confirming. If that happens we'll email you, and the clock on your delivery doesn't start until we hear back. A fast reply keeps your parcel moving.

Orders crossing a border

  • International orders, New Zealand included, may be held for customs inspection and may attract import duties and taxes set by your own country.
  • Customs law requires the value of your order to be declared on the outside of the parcel. Customs agents can delay, release or refuse a package.
  • Any customs charges, import duties, fees or taxes are the customer's responsibility — even if you refuse the parcel at the door.
  • If those charges aren't paid, the parcel comes back to us and we refund the cost of your order less any extra carrier charges we've picked up along the way.
  • Once your order is on its way, we can't change the shipping address. Double-check it before you pay.

Click and collect

Would rather pick your order up in person than have it posted? Email hello@nstan.com.au and ask — we'll tell you straight away whether that's possible for you, and where to come.

When your parcel goes quiet

Start with the tracking link in your dispatch email — it's usually the carrier's own system that's slow to update, not the parcel. If it hasn't moved for a few days, or the tracking says delivered and there's nothing on your doorstep, email hello@nstan.com.au with your order number and we'll open a trace with the carrier from our side.

Returns are a different page

This page covers how your order gets to you. If the fit's wrong and it's coming back, the terms live on the returns & refunds page — 14 days from delivery, unworn with the tags on.

Who you're buying from

NSTAN trades as David L Stark, ABN 99 935 935 344. Every order, refund and store credit sits against that ABN, so if you need it for your records, that's the name and number to use.

Talk to a human

Question about a parcel that hasn't landed, or an address you need checked before it ships? Email hello@nstan.com.au, or use our support page. Anything else, returns & refunds and privacy & terms are the other two pages worth knowing.
