What we collect
The story you submit, any photo or video you attach, the name choice you make, and an anonymous device key used only to stop duplicate 'I hear you' taps. No account is required to share.
How stories are used
Approved stories appear on the NSTAN Hero Wall and may be turned into NSTAN-branded story cards for social media and campaign material. You choose whether your name appears.
Removal
Email us and we'll remove your story from the Hero Wall and delete the media. Cards already shared by others can't be recalled, which is worth knowing before you post.
Moderation records
Reports and moderation decisions are kept so we can act on repeat abuse. They are never published.
Terms in short
You keep ownership of your story and grant NSTAN a licence to publish and share it. Don't post other people's private information. We can remove anything that breaks the community guidelines.
